Why I Lagree: I fell in love with lagree because it pushes me in ways nothing else has. It teaches me discipline, forces me to move with intention, and challenges my mind. It has helped me feel so strong in my body, it’s where I prove to myself I can do hard things. Never fails to humble me every time… but in the best way. I always leave feeling proud of myself.

Fun Fact: I did competitive swimming for 10 years, started when I was 6 years old! Another fun fact, I lived in Chicago for two years!

Kate was born and raised in Windsor, Colorado, where she developed a love for movement, sunshine, and staying active. After graduating from Windsor High School, she followed her passion for beauty, health, and wellness by attending esthetics school, working toward her dream of becoming an esthetician. Kate has always been drawn to an active lifestyle and is a lover of all things movement—from Lagree to hiking, weightlifting, tennis, and swimming. Whether she’s in the studio, at the spa, outdoors in the sun, or spending time with the people she loves, Kate is all about feeling her best, staying active, and enjoying the little things.
