Why I Lagree: Maintaining strength, balance, and longevity are imperative to the active lifestyle I enjoy. Lagree provides all of that and so much more. It is joint-friendly and isolates muscles in a safe and effective way. I’m 3 years deep in Lagree training and have yet to plateau; there is always a way to level up your workout and challenge yourself! I truly love the positive community and the connections I have made at Fit5.
