Why I Lagree: I love Lagree because it challenges both mental and physical endurance. The slow, controlled movements push you to stay present, and I love being reminded of how mentally and physically strong I can be.

Favorite Lagree Exercise: Reverse Donkey Kicks! The burn is unreal and they light up the glutes in the best way.

As a Northern Colorado native Kaylen has been immersed in the community here for her entire life and truly love the people here. She has spent the past 10 years coaching people through high-energy, music-driven workouts and loves creating an environment where people feel challenged, supported, and empowered. Kaylen is passionate about fitness that builds both strength and confidence and she finds her groove teaching Lagree, yoga and indoor cycling. When Kaylen is not teaching, you’ll usually find her with her firecracker daughter, enjoying live music or soaking up the company of good friends.
