Why I Lagree: There are so many reasons I love Lagree, but the biggest one has to be the functional strength training! I am always looking for training methods that will support me now, but also later in life and Lagree has been great for helping me build a strong foundation. I also love the way Lagree forces you to slow down and really focus on the mind/body connection.

Favorite Lagree Exercise: I really enjoy an elevator lunge – simple but effective!

Favorite Muscle Groups to Target: Glutes and Hamstrings!

Liz is a midwestern girl at her core, but eventually fell in love with everything Northern Colorado has to offer. She originally moved here in 2019 to attend the University of Northern Colorado where she received her Master’s in Biomechanics. After spending a couple years living in Florida, Liz and her partner made the move back to Colorado in 2024. Since moving back, Liz has appreciated getting to settle in and connect more with the community here in NoCo. In her free time, you can find Liz enjoying all of the Colorado outdoor activities, like hiking and snowboarding, or just spending time relaxing with her pups, Pepper and Remi.
